Covid-19

Welcome to our COVID-19 information page.

This page is dedicated to letting you know how we intend to keep our staff and customers safe through the coming months. It will not be long before you are travelling with us again, either to work, school, college, or for a much-awaited day out.

Now that we are ready to transport passengers, listed below are measures we have taken based on Government guidelines, the health and safety of our customers and staff will always been our number one priority. We have been working hard to make sure you will be as safe as ever when you travel with us. The essential travel information here will help you to maximise your safety and ensure you know what to expect when travelling with us.

Face coverings

It is not now a legal requirement for Passengers on public transport services to wear a face covering when travelling, however we do recommend passengers wear a face covering when the vehicle is busy.   The government suggests that you continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet.

We have also applied this policy to our ‘home to school’ and ‘private hire’ contracts.

In the context of the COVID-19 outbreak, a face covering is something that safely covers the nose and mouth.

Face coverings are primarily worn to protect others because they cover the nose and mouth, which are the main sources of emission of the virus that causes coronavirus infection (COVID-19). They can also provide some protection to the wearer.
