Customer Care Policy

At the Rowgate Group we aim to provide you with safe, reliable and high-quality journeys every time you travel with us.

Our fleet of vehicles are always clean and well maintained. The coach will be driven by a professionally trained driver wearing our uniform who will always endeavour to be helpful, courteous and treat their passengers with utmost respect.

Where factors outside our control such as traffic congestion, roadworks or extreme weather affects your journey, we will keep you informed as soon as possible to limit the impact on your journey.
We endeavour to run all coaches to schedule, but if your service leaves early or is more than 5 minutes late, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist.

In the unlikely event you should have cause for complaint, we will respond as promptly as we can, often as soon as one working day, but issues that require detailed investigation may require up to 10 working days before we can reply.

We would love to hear from you about something that went particularly well during your journey or anything that may have disappointed you. You can also ask us about school bus fares or lost property. Lost property is held for 1 month before it is disposed of. Consumables are disposed of same day.
